Please provide a copy of the parent or guardian’s driver’s license, the student’s birth certificate, and any applicable court documents.
Application Fee
A one-time, non-refundable application fee is required when submitting your child’s application. This helps us process and prepare for your family’s enrollment.
Student Records
Applicants should provide the most recent report cards, test scores, and any relevant school records to help us understand the student’s academic history.
